Job summary
A leading technology consulting firm is seeking a seasoned SAP ECC Technical Leader to own the design and delivery of SAP ECC solutions in a hybrid role based in Puebla. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience with SAP HANA, EWM, and ECC, bringing expertise in SAP BTP integrations. - Ability to interpret AS‑IS vs. TO‑BE processes.
- Participation in gathering technical and business requirements.

- Assess technical risks and validate functional specifications.
- Design technical solutions aligned with established standards and processes.
- Coordinate unit testing and object deployment to production.

We’re looking for a seasoned Technical Lead (3+ years, non‑PM role) to own the design, documentation, and delivery of SAP ECC solutions with strong BTP integrations. You’ll work hands‑on with HANA, EWM, ECC, and multiple SAP modules, driving high‑impact projects and ensuring top‑tier quality and security.

SAP ECC Technical Leader must drive the definition, design, documentation, and validation of SAP ECC technical solutions and SAP BTP / SAP EWM Knowledge, partnering with multidisciplinary teams to ensure all requirements, quality standards, and security policies are fully met.
- Define and document technical requirements in coordination with business areas.
- Assess technical risks and validate functional specifications.

- Integrate technical solutions with development and operations teams.
- Present technical solutions to validation committees.
