Our client is looking to add a Technical Account Manager within the US.

If you like a client-facing role but your background & strengths are in technical aptitude, this could be a great opportunity for you.

In this role, you'll guide the organization's clients through the successful adoption and use of its market-leading smart building operating system.

As a primary point of contact for long-term contracts, you'll work with multiple clients, client stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful onboarding, adoption & utilization of my client's SaaS solutions, driving quantifiable benefits and value delivery across a comprehensive suite of integrated smart building technologies.

To thrive in this role, you'll have...

  • 4+ years of experience in customer success, sales engineering, or account management in a data-centric solutions environment.
  • Experience dealing with enterprise business clients in; Real Estate, Building Management, and/or Facilities Operations.
  • Exposure to BMS/Controls preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple projects at once whilst working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Ability to travel.
