A chemical distribution company in Veracruz is seeking a responsible and physically fit individual to handle delivery orders. Key responsibilities include processing client orders, ensuring accuracy in packaging, preparing invoices, handling payments, and assisting in outlet maintenance. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills and preferably have experience in sales along with a valid driver's license. This position requires interacting with clients and demonstrating trustworthy service.

Responsabilidades

  • Process client orders received through the Below 10K Delivery Service GC.
  • Prepare accurate Sales Orders and Sales Invoices.
  • Deliver the client's order and handle payments accordingly.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the outlet.

  • Must have a valid Professional Driver’s License (Restriction 1 & 2) and should be knowledgeable in driving manual motorcycle.
Responsibilities
  • Process the client’s order received thru the Below 10K Delivery Service GC.
  • Prepare the order indicated on the Sales Order Form, making sure that the products are accurate and precise as to its Product Description, Packaging and Quantity.
  • Prepare the Sales Invoice for all the deliveries under Below 10K Delivery.
  • Actual delivery of the client’s order.
  • Receive payment and give financial change (as needed).
  • Prepare the Cash Sales Report (CSR) for the deliveries made within the day.
  • Prepare and submit the remittance to the Outlet Cashier.
  • Report daily sales (based on actual delivery) in the respective GC.
  • Issue Collection Receipt as needed.
  • Report to concerned Outlet Cashier any concerns raised by the client.
  • Prepares and submit reportorial requirements.
  • Assist the Outlet Cashier in keeping the outlet clean, tidy and presentable at all time.
  • Act as a Reliever Cashier when the Outlet Cashier is on leave, absent or has to report tothe Head Office (as needed).
