First Brands Group is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for our Shared Service team in San Luis Potosí. This is a 100% on-site, bilingual position.

Customer Service Representative – Shared Service, San Luis Potosí (on-site, bilingual)

• Degree in related fields
• Background in a customer service environment with experience serving retail, distributor, and eCommerce customers

• Administrative
• Precise attention to detail and effective time management
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness
• Professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers, department peers, leaders, and sales team members
• Ability and desire to work in a team environment
• Self-motivated, flexible to change, and willing to initiate tasks
• Reliable, consistent, and possessing of good work ethic
• Technical: Oracle order management and workflow experience preferred
• MS Office (Excel and Word) competency
• Data entry experience with a high degree of accuracy
• Deductive reasoning / logic skills
