Join the Program Purchasing Team within ZF’s Electrified Powertrain Technology Division, supporting sourcing activities for the Gray Court, SC plant from our Monterrey, Mexico location. The team collaborates closely with global commodity teams and suppliers to ensure cost‑effective, high‑quality sourcing for new and existing products.

What you can look forward to as Senior Program Buyer:

• Lead sourcing and BOM cost management for new and localized products.
• Collaborate with corporate commodity teams on direct material sourcing.
• Execute resourcing and technical changes to meet annual cost targets.
• Manage supplier performance during program launch and product lifecycle.
• Conduct market research and benchmark cost trends.
• Support commercial negotiations, RFQs, and contractual agreements.
• Track and analyze cost structures and supplier performance.
• Act as the first commercial escalation point for operations.

Your Profile as Senior Program Buyer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, or procurement roles.
• Strong skills in supplier evaluation, negotiation, and cost estimation.
• Proficient in SAP and Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, Filters).
• Knowledge of APQP, project management tools, and cost containment.
• Fluent in English; Spanish or German is a plus.
• Experience in the automotive industry preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically as needed.
