Job Summary

We’re looking for motivated and sharp Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) from LATAM to join fast-growing companies across the tech and digital landscape. In this remote outbound SDR role, you’ll play a key part in generating pipeline and booking qualified meetings with prospects across global markets. If you have a passion for lead generation, strong communication skills, and experience in cold outreach, this could be your next career move.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives.
  • Research target accounts and personalize outreach to decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Consistently meet or exceed activity and meeting-booked KPIs.
Qualifications
  • 2+ year of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience working with CRMs and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Apollo, Salesloft).
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Highly organised, target-driven, and resourceful.
  • Experience selling to North American or European markets is a plus.
