We are seeking a motivated and proactive Sales Development Representative to help expand market presence and drive revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential clients, and supporting the sales team through effective pipeline management. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment, communicates effectively, and can quickly understand client needs to match them with solutions. Accountabilities
  • Contact potential and existing customers through various channels to create and manage a pipeline of leads.
  • Engage prospects, assess needs, and determine suitability of company products or services.
  • Schedule sales demos and meetings to advance opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Maintain and manage a CRM system or contact list, ensuring accurate data tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation efforts with overall sales strategy.
  • Set sales goals, track performance, and report results to management.
  • Conduct customer surveys, compile feedback, and support process improvements.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Handle administrative tasks and ad hoc responsibilities to support the sales team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant certificate course.
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with current technologies, including CRM tools, VoIP, and cloud services.
  • Experience using word-processing software, spreadsheets, and online calendars.
  • Proactive, confident, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Technical setup including USB headset with noise cancellation, working webcam, and a computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
