Responsibilities

Build and lead a high-performing in-house media hub for a global FMCG brand. Drive strategic and hands-on media excellence across digital platforms.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in media buying, media operations, or digital advertising.
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Must be business proficient in both English and Spanish.
  • Experience in the food & beverage, CPG, or retail sectors preferred.
  • Proven track record of building and managing large-scale media buying or shared service teams, ideally in an outsourced or hub environment.
  • Deep knowledge of programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk), social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube), and search, plus additional exposure to Amazon DSP and Google Campaign Manager.
  • Familiarity with verification tools (DoubleVerify, IAS), CDP / 1P data integrations, and taxonomy management.
  • Strong client management skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive efficiency and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA a plus).
