A global research data and analytics group is seeking a professional to establish and oversee the CENX office in Mexico. In this role, you will supervise employees, ensure compliance with local regulations, and standardize operations across locations. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR and other stakeholders to facilitate efficient recruitment processes and maintain employee wellbeing. You will also ensure the office functions smoothly and effectively supports the team's needs.

To work with Chief Business Operations Officer and Global Head - Centre of Excellence to set up and run a CENX office in Mexico.
Also, work with multiple stakeholders during the entire setup process.
To assume supervisory responsibility for the Centre of Excellence employees in Mexico, ensuring complete visibility for the business on all decisions, administrative processes and budget considerations relating to their recruitment, ongoing employment, conduct and wellbeing.
Ensure customer satisfaction by leading the collaborative development of service level agreements, adhering to those agreements and monitoring costs, quality and timeliness.
