Job Summary

Nidec is seeking a Cost Accounting Supervisor to join our team in Reynosa, Mexico. The successful candidate will oversee cost accounting functions, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support continuous improvement in cost management within our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage cost accounting processes, including inventory valuation, cost analysis, and reporting.
• Coordinate with production and procurement to ensure accurate cost data collection and analysis.
• Implement and maintain cost control procedures and standards.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Assist in internal and external audits related to cost accounting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in manufacturing cost accounting.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, such as SAP and Oracle.
