Una importante cervecera internacional en Monterrey busca un profesional con más de 5 años de experiencia en gestión de proveedores y adquisiciones. Esta posición requiere un título universitario, fluidez en inglés y disponibilidad para viajar. El candidato apoyará la estrategia de adquisiciones y la gestión de contratos, trabajando en un entorno comprometido con la sostenibilidad y la calidad.

• Apoyar la ejecución de la estrategia de adquisiciones de HEINEKEN.
• Reunir y validar requisitos comerciales para los equipos de compra.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution HEINEKEN Procurement strategy through supplier performance management.
• Gather, validate, and consolidate business requirement for the local and global buying teams, and assist in alignment of clear output deliverables prior to sourcing events.
• Responsible for the administrative execution of contract management, in collaboration with sourcing specialists, through contract implementation.
• Monitor contracts with suppliers and manage their performance through KPIs and SLAs, including reporting performance and proactively shape early interventions for problem solving.
• Manage the supplier development program that will ensure compliance with service and quality agreements, as well as assist in the roll out of Heineken sustainability and transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor´s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in similar roles.
• Fluent in English.
• Problem solving skills, ability to mediate conflicts or discussions.
• Stakeholder management.
• Supplier management.
• This role requires availability to travel.
