About the Role - Alpinestars is seeking a Sales Operation Project Manager to join the IT Department at our headquarters.

If you are highly motivated, results-oriented, and have a proven track record of successfully managing complex IT sales projects, we want to hear from you.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and scope-compliant delivery;
• Collaborate with development, operations, sales teams, and contractors to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables;
• Create detailed project plans, including timelines and risk mitigation strategies;
• Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and communicate updates to stakeholders;
• Identify and address project risks and issues, escalating when necessary;
• Foster effective communication among project team members and stakeholders;
• Ensure quality standards and best practices are maintained throughout the project lifecycle;
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of project management processes and methodologies.

Required Skills

• Experience as a Business Analyst in the Sales area;
• Minimum of 4 years in a similar role;
• Proficiency in English (B2 level);
• Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented attitude.
