A leading restaurant booking platform is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide support across Italy and other regions. The role involves managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with local labour laws. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of five years in a generalist HR role and must be fluent in Italian and English. As part of our international People team you will support our HR function and business leaders across Italy DACH and Region North (UK Netherlands and Sweden) by building strong partnerships and providing hands‑on support on day‑to‑day people matters with a particular focus on Employee Relations. Working closely with managers in these locations you will help ensure a fair, consistent and compliant employee experience.
