Job summary
Un'azienda leader nel settore della Cosmetica di Lusso cerca un Visual Merchandiser Manager a Milano. La figura sarà responsabile dell'implementazione di progetti di design e merchandising, gestendo tutte le fasi dal briefing all'installazione. È richiesta esperienza di 3‑5 anni nel settore, eccellenti capacità comunicative, competenze di project management e conoscenza approfondita dei tools di Microsoft. Sarà fondamentale la disponibilità a viaggiare.
Qualifications
- 3‑5 anni di esperienza in Visual Merchandising e/o design di negozi nel settore dei beni di lusso.
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione per costruire relazioni forti.
- Persona proattiva con mentalità pratica.
Responsibilities
- Responsabile per l'implementazione di tutti i nuovi progetti di design e merchandising.
- Gestire il ciclo completo di progetti SD permanenti, assicurando installazioni puntuali.
- Coordinare la comunicazione efficace con le parti interessate.

Per azienda cliente, leader nel settore della Cosmetica di Lusso, siamo attualmente alla ricerca di una figura di Visual Merchandiser Manager basato su Milano.
Responsabilità:
- Responsible for the implementation of all new Store Design counters and Visual merchandising projects in Spain, according to the global guidelines.
- Full project management cycle of permanent SD projects: steering from briefing within Syreta to installation, ensuring timely installations and within budget.
- Coordinate efficient communication with external stakeholders, retailers and internal design teams.
- Follow-up on progress of the projects; support project installation and training of teams at POS; elaborate final and maintenance reports.
- Drive and ensure reporting of SD/VM projects to Affiliate and Regional Teams.
- Responsible for implementing the Regional VM strategy in the Italian market.
- Manage outposts from regional approval, local construction to installation.
- Responsible for ordering and supervise installation of all launches and activation collaterals for NSD design.
- Support monthly budget reconciliation (cost control) and manage own SD/VM accounts.
- Events: all installations for events (internal & external) are steered by the SD/VM Manager from briefing to execution.
- Responsible for all SD/VM communication with Regional teams and delivering internal presentations of SD/VM topics.
Il tuo profilo:
- Degree in Marketing/Business Administration/ Architecture/Interior Design.
- 3‑5 years experience in Visual Merchandising and/or store design within the luxury goods industry. Knowledge of the retail cosmetic industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships internally and externally.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Hands‑on person with proactive attitude.
- Team player; organized and detail‑oriented.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Fluent in English.
- Willingness to travel.
