As Continuous Improvement Leader, you will be responsible to:

  • Lead the planning and execution of complex cross‑functional strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on project status, risks, and outcomes.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Work with senior leadership to identify strategic priorities and essential capabilities needed to enhance business growth and performance.
  • Organize workshops aimed to map current processes and identify areas of improvement by applying Lean methodologies.
  • Design and implement KPI, bowler charts, and data visualization dashboards to effectively communicate program status and updates to team leaders and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Act as an advocate for the IET Business System by learning, communicating, and coaching others on the key principles, operating framework, and mechanisms. This will enhance operationalization and facilitate reaching all organizational levels.
  • Identify and address complex issues by utilizing problem‑solving methodologies. Additionally, provide coaching in defining problem statements, conducting data‑driven Root Cause Analysis, and implementing effective and sustainable solutions.
  • Define new standard work methodologies and develop new processes and work instructions.

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in driving transformational programs and have excellent project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross‑functional teams and interacting with senior leadership. Proficient in Italian and English.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong problem‑solving abilities, knowledge and experience. Capable of working effectively in a dynamic environment and managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Great ability to inspire and motivate cross‑functional teams.
  • Possession of Lean Six Sigma or Problem‑Solving certifications is considered an advantage.
