As Packaging Process Quality Operations (PQO), you will :

• Support Cell and Quality team in daily auditing operations in packaging bays in Florence and Massa, carried out by contractors and BH MOD, to help keep the shop-floor tidy and compliant with ISO standards.
• Partner with Operational Leaders to ensure Cell operations are smooth and in compliance with all applicable procedures.
• Record findings in BH systems.
• Publish and monitor quality metrics for observations and punch list findings during execution phases.
• Publish data and metrics for bonus/malus assessments of Packaging contractors.
• Drive cross-functional improvement projects of operational processes, using lean methods, aimed at flawless execution and eliminating waste related to metrics of escaping defects and observations/Punch Lists.
• Support mechanical completion and detailed inspections process (TR&S), focusing also on the qualification and control of the inspections provider base.
• Implement and maintain the “Tool Box” operating rhythm with Packaging Contractors.
• Perform and drive NCA/RCA on observations, punch lists, and escaping defects.
• Support reviews with Cell and COE leaders to monitor Quality program execution and Quality indicators performance, such as weekly defects reviews and quarterly IQS/QMR.

To be successful in this role, you will :

• Have a Technical High School Diploma.
• Have 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Possess good English skills.
• Have a solid technical knowledge base.
• Be able to analyze problems and identify root causes.
• Have knowledge of HSE regulations.
• Experience in Quality, Operations, or Supply Chain.
• Basic knowledge in TR&S, as PED and IECEx.
• Ability to work in a global environment.
• Multitask approach.
• Change agent attitude.
• Be available to travel (mainly, but not limited to Florence - Massa).
• It is considered a plus if certified in Apollo or Shainin problem solving and Six Sigma Green Belt.
