Leonardo, an international industrial group specializing in multidomain technological capabilities in Aerospace, Defense & Security, is seeking a Project Assurance Manager (PAM) for its Campi Bisenzio location.
Within the Electronic Division and the Optronics Equipment Quality Unit (under the Optronics Equipment LoB), we aim to strengthen our team with a new resource. The main responsibilities include:
- Defining and planning Project Assurance activities
- Reviewing product and project requirements
- Review of Project Plans
- Specialist Quality Assurance activities, including formal reviews, technical document preparation, supplier surveillance, and non-conformity management
- Ensuring product/service compliance to clients
- Supporting Customer QA activities and notifications
- Managing concession and deviation requests
- QA of Customer Property Material Management
- Managing QA activities according to planning
- Reporting QA activities of the Program
Educational qualifications:
High school diploma or Bachelor's/Master's degree. An Expert level is preferred, Senior level considered. Experience in Quality Assurance, especially with knowledge of product lifecycle phases, is advantageous. Certification for 2nd or 3rd party audits is appreciated.
Technical skills:
Knowledge of Quality Assurance processes and best practices.
Behavioral skills:
The candidate must liaise effectively with various organizational functions as a Quality representative. Relational skills, rigor, and integrity are essential. Good command of English is required.
IT skills:
Proficiency in basic tools (mainly Microsoft Office suite) and preferably SAP.
Other requirements:
Availability for short-term travel (up to 1 week) within Italy and internationally, mainly related to suppliers. Occasionally, trips may last up to a month.
