We are looking for a Head of Operations to structure, optimise and manage Sensory Design's production workflows, delivery processes, and operational backbone.
This role is ideal for someone hands-on, structured, entrepreneurial, and used to working in early-stage environments or creative/AI-driven teams.
You will be responsible for building the operational ecosystem that will enable Sensory Design to scale independently.
This is not a traditional job, it's a partnership opportunity for someone who wants to grow a next-generation AI brand from the inside out.
Hybrid performance-based collaboration (freelance contract)
Compensation tied to measurable operational KPIs and business results.
