We're now looking for an middle level Integrated Marketing Manager for Italy region. This position is an IC role, and a full-time, home office, with 30-40% of travel frequency position.

(1) Develop and implement EcoFlow IMC plans and campaigns in alignment with key business priorities, brand and customer needs.

(2) Understand and support the EcoFlow brand vision through careful execution of the design, messaging, voice and approach of all marketing efforts.

(3) Manage the execution elements of the optimal IMC mix including advertising, web marketing, collateral, case studies, partner success deliverables, videos, events, demos, PR, broadcasts/webinars, digital, social media, demand gen, influencer, etc.

(4) Develop deliverables and report out on overall success of impact through marketing channels.

(5) Work cross functionally to build sales engagement in marketing programs.

(6) Manage the work of external vendors when necessary.

Your profile includes:

(1) Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, event planning, media planning or related work. Experience in planning and developing integrated marketing campaigns;

(2) Excellent problem-solving skills, cross-departmental and analytical skills;

(3) Strategic thinker, willing to roll up your sleeves and execute strategy;

(4) Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and diverse environment;

(5) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English(C1 and above), additional European language fluency will be a plus.
