Job summary
A digital marketing agency is seeking a Director of New Business & Revenue to drive client acquisition and optimize sales operations. The role involves leading the sales strategy, building high-performance teams, and reporting directly to the CEO. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years in sales leadership within a digital marketing context and be comfortable in a remote working environment. Competitive compensation is offered with a focus on ambitious revenue targets.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in agency, B2B, or digital marketing sales leadership roles.
- Proven track record of generating $100K+ in new annual MRR.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Own the complete acquisition cycle for all new clients.
- Build and maintain CRM automation and forecasting models.
- Train, mentor, and lead the sales function for performance targets.
