A luxury watch and jewelry brand based in Rome is seeking a High End Client Development Director. The role involves defining and driving the clienteling strategy, enhancing client experience, and managing a team to achieve business goals. Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of client development experience, preferably in the luxury sector, and be fluent in English and Italian. This position offers a strategic opportunity to grow the business internationally.
Within the High Jewelry & Haute Horlogerie Department , based in Rome , we are looking for a High End Client Development Director .
Reporting directly to the High End (HE) Global Client Development, Business Development & Training Director , this role has the strategic aim to define and drive the HE clienteling agenda, with global responsibility to ensure successful delivery of HE client engagement, coverage, experience and development. Acting as a Brand Ambassador, the selected candidate will play a pivotal role in further growing our HE business, working in an international context and collaborating with multiple departments.
S/He will manage and develop a team of 3/4 people and animate the community of HE Client Development Managers/ HE Managers on HE clienteling related topics in the different markets.
