A technology company in Milan is seeking a B2B tech sales professional to build and manage dealership partnerships. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets through new business and upsell opportunities, traveling to Spain regularly for client meetings. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience in sales, are fluent in Spanish and Italian, and possess a valid driving license. The role offers a competitive salary starting at €35k plus uncapped OTE of €15k.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, Southern Europe, this role is focused on building strong dealership partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving results in a fast changing market.
Spain is a significant growth market for Autouncle. We already work with customers there, and we’re now investing in expanding our footprint, meaning there is a large opportunity to acquire new dealerships and scale the market further.
You’ll be based in our Milan office and travel regularly to Spain, while also supporting the Italian market. When you’re not traveling, you’ll work from the Milan office, managing your portfolio and preparing for upcoming visits.
At Autouncle, we are not a marketing tool, but more of a sales partner. Our platform helps dealerships generate high-quality leads, strengthen their margins, and reduce dependency on external platforms. While working closely with our Marketing, Digital Ops, and Product teams, your role is to show dealers how to sell smarter and build consumer trust in the process.
