A global law firm in Milan is seeking a recent law graduate with a passion for banking transactions and corporate law. The ideal candidate will assist in providing legal advice on various financial matters, working collaboratively with teams of lawyers. Candidates must be fluent in English, possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and have a strong client service ethos. The ideal candidate graduated in law is interested in or has already some very first experience of banking transactions but also structured finance general corporate loans and trade finance will be taken into consideration. Interest in the area of real estate and M&A transactions (in particular in the energy and infrastructure sectors) will be supportive as well.
He / she would be energetic, driven and focused, with exceptional academic achievements and a capacity to deliver quality advice accurately and efficiently.
