Who Are You?

  • A motivated and ambitious professional based in Italy, ready to strengthen and expand Syneto’s presence through strategic channel partnerships;
  • A relationship builder, eager to connect with partners and support their long-term success;

  • Comfortable reporting to an international leadership team and collaborating across borders.

Your role is to act as the bridge between Syneto and our channel/reseller partners in Italy, building trust, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring long-term collaboration.

What we need you to do

  1. Identify and approach new channel partners in Italy, qualifying opportunities in coordination with the VP of Sales;
  2. Nurture relationships with existing partners and help them grow their business with Syneto solutions;
  3. Understand partner and customer needs and support them throughout the sales cycle;
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent execution of partner strategies;
  5. Report regularly on account status and pipeline development;
  6. Assist in the development of local partner programs, marketing initiatives, and events;
  7. Represent Syneto at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings across Italy;
  8. Act as a key contributor to building our partner ecosystem in the region.

What skills and experience you need

  1. Previous experience in partner/channel sales, B2B account management, or IT distribution (ideally 2–4 years);
  2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills;
  3. Fluency in Italian (mandatory); English is a plus;
  4. Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively;
  5. Familiarity with the Italian IT market and partner ecosystem is a strong advantage;
  6. Ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities;
  7. Comfortable with travel within Italy and occasional travel to events abroad;
  8. Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Business, or related field is preferred.
