A leading luxury fashion organisation is seeking an experienced Client Lead to manage guest relations at exclusive private sales worldwide. With more than 200 sales in London, Paris and Online, Arlettie is the leader in organising private sales in the industry.

Join our Arlettie team and embark on a global journey, organising exclusive private sales around the world for one of the most iconic luxury brands. There will be approximately 7 to 10 sales per year, each lasting around 15 days. When you are not travelling, you may be asked to support sales activities at your local showroom.

We are looking for an energetic, self‑motivated and experienced Client Lead to join our global Arlettie team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Check‑In:
    • Efficiently scan and check‑in guests at the entrance of the event venue.
    • Verify the identity and invitation of each guest, ensuring that only the intended invitees attend.
    • Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring guests feel valued and attended to.
  • Event Coordination:
    • Collaborate with the event team to coordinate the check‑in process and manage guest flow.
    • Assist with crowd management, ensuring a safe and organised environment.
    • Communicate any event‑related updates or changes to guests as necessary.
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns prior, during and post sales.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Assist with administrative tasks related to guest check‑in, such as maintaining attendance records and collecting feedback.
    • Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date guest lists.
  • Professionalism and Poise:
    • Display a professional and polished appearance with excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organisational skills to manage guest lists and coordinate check‑in processes efficiently.
    • Keen attention to detail to accurately verify guest identities and invitations.
    • A friendly and customer‑focused approach, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued.
    • Ability to handle a fast‑paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
    • Dependable and punctual, able to commit to scheduled shifts.
    • Proficient in spoken and written English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
