This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead content marketing initiatives in a fast-moving, innovative digital asset environment. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing content across multiple channels to educate and engage sophisticated audiences, drive traffic, and support customer acquisition and retention. The role requires both strategic thinking and hands‑on execution, including editorial planning, SEO optimization, social media management, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality content that reflects the brand voice and positions the company as a thought leader in the industry. This position is ideal for a skilled communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced, technology-driven environment and has a passion for digital assets and financial innovation.

Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute the content marketing strategy to drive traffic, engagement, leads, and customer retention.
  • Manage editorial planning, including content calendars, categorization, governance, and alignment with brand voice.
  • Create, edit, and optimize content across blogs, research reports, newsletters, and digital channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate content programs with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on content performance, social engagement, and conversion metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Oversee internal and external content resources, including writers, designers, and agency partners.

Requirements

  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders in complex projects and prioritizing tasks to deliver results.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure, report, and optimize content and social media performance.
  • Familiarity with cryptocurrency, fintech, or digital asset markets is a plus.
