Make sure studio cleanliness. Ensure the studio is in proper condition, including the floor, mirror, tools, furniture, and locker, before every class starts, addressing any issues related to hygiene and cleanliness.
Manage Member Database and Instructor Database with 100% accuracy, ensuring they are complete and easy to find.
Manage and record stock items, merchandise, and welcome packages properly.
Keep tools and equipment in the proper place for easy access.
Coordinate daily with the Account and Finance Department for daily reports in the Studio.
Support the Studio Manager in selling membership packages.
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Requirements:
Minimum 21 years old.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in sales, marketing, customer care, customer service, or client relations; fresh graduates are welcome.
Willing to shift (morning & afternoon).
Possess responsibility, initiative, and empathy.
Good communication skills; familiar with MS Office, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
