- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (written and verbal)
- Ability to perform FA activities
- Ability to perform FMEA and other quality tools
- Understanding of international standards certified QMS, ISO 9001, IPC-A-610
- Proven work experience as a QA engineer in PCBA manufacturing and familiarity with IPC standards
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field
