A leading education technology company in Indonesia is looking for a digital advertising specialist to manage and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Google and Meta. The ideal candidate has solid experience in digital advertising, particularly in the education sector, and the ability to analyze performance and manage a significant budget effectively. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for this role.
Formación
- Experience in digital advertising, particularly in Education and Technology.
- Ability to manage a budget of at least IDR 150,000,000 monthly.
- Strong analytical skills to track campaign performance.
Responsabilidades
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms.
- Analyze and improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the creative team for ad content.
Conocimientos
Herramientas
- Plan and run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Track and analyze campaign performance to improve results.
- Optimize ads for better reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Work with the creative team to make engaging ad content.
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective spending.
- A/B test ads and landing pages to improve performance.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
- Experience in digital advertising and performance marketing especially in Education and Technology Industry.
- Ability to manage budgets and optimize spending of at least IDR 150,000,000 a month with ROAS 3 - 5 times.
- Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong analytical skills to track and improve campaign performance.
- Have understanding of SEO and marketing funnels.
- Creative mindset to make engaging ads.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
