Job description

KiriminAja is a delivery platform that supports the growth of online sellers and MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in Indonesia. We are currently looking for a Community Specialist who is passionate about building communities, creating engagement, and driving user loyalty through a community-driven approach.

What You'll Do:
  • Design, build, and manage the KiriminAja community (both online and offline).
  • Act as the frontliner in engaging with sellers, resellers, and MSMEs within the community.
  • Initiate engagement programs such as webinars, online classes, community content, and offline activations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen awareness and retention through community power.
  • Support reactivation efforts and new customer acquisition.
  • Monitor community and social media conversations to gather insights, feedback, and trends.
  • Managing Affiliate Programs: Handle the onboarding process of partners (affiliates, communities), distribute promotional materials, affiliate links, and platform usage guides.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in building and managing communities, partnerships, affiliates (especially in tech, e-commerce, or startup company)
  • Passionate about MSMEs, online communities, drop shippers, or affiliate marketing.
  • Communicative, creative, and proactive in generating community campaign ideas.
  • Familiar with community platforms such as Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, or Facebook Groups.
  • Experience in managing community events, webinars, or engagement content.
