Anda akan mengajar secara online dan berkontribusi dalam membentuk pemimpin masa depan di bidang komunikasi. Calon ideal harus kreatif, fleksibel, dan memiliki kemampuan mengajar yang baik. Posisi ini menawarkan gaji IDR 8.000.000 hingga IDR 12.000.000.
Qualifications
- Pengalaman sebelumnya dalam public speaking atau sebagai MC.
- Kemampuan untuk mengajar dan menginspirasi lainnya.
- Memiliki laptop untuk mengadakan kelas online.
- Fleksibilitas untuk mengajar saat malam, akhir pekan, dan hari libur nasional.
Responsibilities
- Mengajar menggunakan materi yang telah ditetapkan dalam bahasa Inggris.
- Mengubah metode pengajaran sesuai kebutuhan siswa.
- Memberikan umpan balik untuk membantu siswa meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara di depan umum.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced English Public Speaking Mentor to join our team. This role will primarily involve teaching online, though there is the potential for offline teaching in the future. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in public speaking, master of ceremony hosting (or a similar field), along with a passion for teaching and inspiring others.
- Teaching from established materials in English
- Adjusting teaching methods based on student needs and progress
- Offering constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their public speaking skills
- Eventually transitioning to offline teaching, once deemed proficient in the online teaching format
- Previous experience in public speaking, master of ceremony hosting, or a similar role
- Strong ability to teach and inspire others
- Proficiency in using Zoom for conducting classes
- Possession of a laptop for conducting online classes
- Flexibility to teach during evening hours
- Availability to teach on weekends and national holidays
- Punctuality and strong time management skills
