Job summary
A leading real estate company in Indonesia is offering a Future Leader Program for fresh graduates. This immersive program is aimed at developing future leaders in the real estate industry through hands-on experience and collaboration with senior management. Participants will be involved in strategic learning, market research, project management support, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree with a GPA of at least 3.20 and excellent English communication skills. Flexibility to be placed anywhere in Indonesia is essential.

You will work closely with senior management teams across various departments, including sales, marketing, property management, and operations, to gain a comprehensive understanding of the industry's dynamics and contribute to ongoing business projects
- Strategic Learning & Development: Acquire in-depth knowledge of business operations through targeted training to prepare for future leadership roles.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, analyze competitors, and provide actionable insights for business growth.
- Project Management Support: Collaborate on cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and contributing to the successful delivery of key initiatives.
- Business Strategy & Marketing Execution: Assist in developing data-driven strategies and implementing effective marketing campaigns to drive revenue and brand awareness.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Networking: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and partners to expand business opportunities and enhance strategic partnerships.
- Operational Excellence: Support business operations by identifying inefficiencies, streamlining processes, and contributing to overall organizational effectiveness.
- Bachelor/Master degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Urban/Town Planning, Business Management, Marketing, or Law with a minimum GPA of 3.20
- Fresh graduate from a reputable university or up to 1 year of relevant work experience
- Experience in leading projects and/or receiving awards is an advantage; active involvement in student organizations is preferred
- Proficient in English with strong leadership and communication skills
- Willing to be placed across all locations in Indonesia
