• Serve as the primary point of coordination for internal teams and partners.
• Lead management of startup pipeline including outreach and evaluation coordination.
• Enable startup-to-partner outcomes by providing essential support and resources.
• Implement robust tracking systems to monitor progress and impact.
• Produce reports and updates for leadership and stakeholders, synthesizing insights.
• Analyze program data to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
• Coordinate development of sector-relevant assets to support decision-making.
• Mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality outputs and capability building.
