We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Creator Relations Lead to own and manage the end-to-end creator engagement process for high-impact campaigns. In this role, you will source, vet, negotiate, and onboard creators while ensuring timely delivery of content that resonates with audiences and supports growth objectives. You will act as a bridge between creators and internal teams, overseeing contracts, timelines, and compliance. This is a hands‑on role requiring meticulous attention to detail, strong operational skills, and the ability to independently manage complex workflows. The ideal candidate has deep familiarity with the creator ecosystem, strong negotiation experience, and thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment while fostering long‑term partnerships.

Accountabilities
  • Lead the full lifecycle of creator relations, including sourcing, vetting, negotiating, contracting, onboarding, and campaign execution.
  • Develop and execute creator strategies for campaigns, interpreting briefs to recommend talent mixes aligned with business priorities.
  • Evaluate creators based on content quality, brand fit, audience demographics, engagement metrics, and cost efficiency.
  • Manage contracting processes, including negotiations, redlining, legal reviews, and final approvals, ensuring compliance while accelerating timelines.
  • Oversee production workflows, coordinate internal feedback, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure smooth delivery across multiple campaigns.
  • Maintain organized systems for tracking creators, deliverables, contracts, and usage rights at scale.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, platform innovations, and best practices to continuously enhance the creator program.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in creator partnerships, talent management, or creator operations, with hands‑on command of all stages of the creator pipeline.
  • Established relationships with talent managers and a strong network across the creator ecosystem.
  • Expertise in industry-standard deal structures, contracting processes, and usage rights.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple creator workflows end‑to‑end with minimal oversight.
  • Strong negotiation skills for rates, scope, rights, and long‑term partnership agreementsli>
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable coordinating across legal, finance, social, and communications teams.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across diverse teams and geographies.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and open to experimentation in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong alignment with company values and CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5 proficiency in English.
