A leading electronic brand is seeking a Finance & Accounting Executive based in North Jakarta. The ideal candidate will manage daily accounting operations, prepare financial records, and support audits. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 4–5 years of relevant experience are required. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred. - Handle daily accounting operations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records.
- Monitor invoices and ensure timely collection.
- Support monthly closing and financial reporting.
- Assist in audits ensuring compliance.
Connaissances
Formation
Location: North Jakarta
Reports To: Finance & Accounting Manager
- Handle daily accounting operations including General Ledger, AP, and AR.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Monitor invoices, payment schedules, and ensure timely collection and disbursement.
- Support monthly closing, financial reporting, and analysis.
- Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Liaise with cross-functional departments to support finance-related activities.
- Contribute to process improvements and accounting system accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 4–5 years of experience in accounting (handling GL, AR, and AP).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and reporting standards.
- Preferably Mandarin-speaking to communicate with regional counterparts.
