• Develop investment strategies to ensure adequate liquidity for meeting the Company’s needs.
• Prepare short-term, medium-term, and long-term cash flow forecasts.
• Develop and manage strategies, operations, policies, and budgets related to treasury activities.
• Recommend and implement efficient banking structures and cash management services.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks and other financial partners.
• Apply and implement technology in treasury operations to enhance and streamline workflows.
• Ensure all Treasury Division activities comply with established policies and procedures.

• Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department’s work area.
• Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
• Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
• Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, or Taxation.
• Minimum 10 years of experience, including at least 3 years in financial roles and at least 7 years in managerial positions.
• Proficiency in cash flow forecasting and budget management.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning and treasury management.
• Familiarity with treasury systems and technology.

• Responsible for corporate actions such as IPOs, bond issuances, stock splits, and share buybacks.
• Manage foreign exchange (forex) and hedging transactions.
• Conduct capital market analysis, including market trends, performance evaluation, and risk assessment.

• Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department’s work area.
• Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
