A leading building materials company in Jawa Barat is seeking an Asst. Supply Chain Operation Management Manager to oversee warehouse management and product distribution. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years of experience in the supply chain or building materials industry, and be fluent in English. Strong leadership, analytical abilities, and effective communication skills are a must. This role involves managing both processes and a team effectively and is based in Karawang.
Manage and control the warehouse to storage products efficiently.
Control and manage the storage process, including efficient distribution of products and develop processes in the warehouse
Manage allocation In choosing a transport vehicle in the route that is most suitable for the price and manage the team to be able to work properly according to the process.
Provide and manage the vehicle to have enough, supports delivery of products in each period as well as obtain a price that can compete appropriately with the market Including managing their own cars in delivery.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major
Minimum 3 years' experience in the same field preferably from building material industry (from ceramics more be advantages)
Fluent in English for Construction both oral & written
Familiar with Microsoft Office & SAP system
Responsible and highly motivated with excellent communication
Have strong leadership skill本网, analytical ability, problem solving and decision making skill
Able to work individually or in team
Able to work under pressure and deadline
Willing to be placed in Karawang
