Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administration Support Team Manager to oversee all support functions at our manufacturing site, including Human Resources, Finance, IT, and General Administration. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional coordination, and hands‑on experience in union management and HR operations within a factory environment.

Role Description:

Human Resources & Labor Relations

Lead HR operations and manage members who are charge of HR/Admin

Manage Union Relations, including negotiations, grievance handling, and compliance with labor laws

Finance Management

Manage budget planning, cost control, and expense reporting in the plant

Supervise team members who are charge of Finance

IT Management

Supervise team members who are charge of IT

Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields

Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including union management in a manufacturing setting

Strong knowledge of labor law, HR processes, and employee relations

Ability to lead a multi‑functional support team (HR, Finance, IT, Admin)

Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)

Additional Requirement:

Familiarity with Finance and IT operations is an advantage

Working experience in companies located in the KIIC or Karawang area
