We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to join the team immediately.

The ideal candidate should have strong skills in managing social media platforms, experience in content strategy and analytics, creativity in producing engaging content, and exceptional communication skills to interact with audiences and strengthen the brand identity online.

• Indonesian citizen, fluent in both written and spoken English (active).
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or other related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in social media management, with a strong track record of leading successful social media campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and informative content.
• Familiar with using social media analytics tools to evaluate performance and optimize strategies.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate visually appealing and engaging content for various platforms.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to work well in a team as well as independently.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
• Willing to Work From Office (WFO) at all Ensiklomusika branches.
• Willing to travel for work (Jakarta – Bali).

• Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies and campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Plan, create, write, schedule, and publish tailored content (posts, stories, reels, live broadcasts) across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Google, and the company website, ensuring alignment with brand messaging, tone, and visual identity.
• Write compelling copy and captions to support content that attracts and retains audience engagement.
• Design and edit visually appealing graphics and videos using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and CapCut (or similar platforms).
• Engage with leads through social media platforms to drive interaction, conversions, and nurture potential customers.
• Initiate and maintain communication with potential leads to guide them through the customer journey.
• Manage partnerships and collaborations with influencers, businesses, and brands (Key Opinion Leaders/KOLs) to expand reach and engagement.
• Liaise with internal and external parties as needed to support content creation and campaign execution.
• Conduct regular performance analysis using social media analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness, monitor trends, and identify areas for improvement.
• Present concise and insightful social media performance reports to supervisors.
• Provide design support for other departments when needed.
• Allowances: includes BPJS health allowance and On-Time Attendance Allowance.
