Hotel Sales Executive – Y Sekuro Village Beach Resort
Location: Jepara, Central Java
Salary: IDR 40,000,000 – IDR 80,000,000
Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our hotel sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting our hotel services, building client relationships, and increasing sales revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients such as corporate companies, travel agencies, and event organizers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Present hotel facilities, packages, and promotions to customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with operational teams to fulfill client needs.
- Prepare sales activity reports.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar position for a minimum of 1 year.
- Have a Driver's License (SIM A).
- Willing to work in a remote area.

- Prospecting & Growing clients in the social commerce market.
- Continuous cold calling of prospective clients (UMKM/Social Commerce Sellers).
- Arrange sales meetings with prospective clients.
- Track prospects – identify decision‑makers, specific qualifications, and the best solution that company can offer for specific client's need.
- Identify service improvements or new services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Managing key clients accounts.
- Closing sales and maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Managing and monitoring of day‑to‑day relationships and communications.
- Closely work with management and other departments to assist in market assessment efforts and provide on‑the‑ground insights.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
- Located in Pekalongan.
- Minimum 1‑2 years experience in Sales Executive/Business Development/Acquisition Executive, preferably in logistics/last mile industry.
- Critical and fast thinking related to understanding a prospect's interest level in a Small Medium Enterprise environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑starter, goal‑oriented, high energy, positive attitude.
- Able to handle rejection and pressure.
- Skilled in Communication, Business Negotiation, Customer Acquisition Management, Customer Management, Logistic Solution Sales, Ms. Office, and Service Orientation.

Sales Representative – Hafele
Be responsible to presenting for Hafele and promoting the assigned product ranges, assigned sales channels in assigned territories. Create the necessary brand awareness with assigned targeted customer groups. Present and consult our values, solutions by the product ranges and win the deal.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Align with the defined‑channel customer groups to promote and create brand awareness for Hafele brands and assigned Hafele product in the assigned territories.
- Working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions.
- Answering customer questions about credit terms, term of payment, also product, prices and stock availability.
- Generate technical & commercial supports where needed. Secure the potential opportunities and negotiate the contracts or/and sales orders.
- List out and report on defining potential customers (including market info, progress, problems, solutions and results) to direct superior.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in all majors. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree from Architect, Interior Designer, Engineering or relevant fields is a plus.
- Experience 1‑2 years, preferably in woodworking or furniture industry.
- Understand furniture production and furniture fitting requirements.
- Willing to be placed at Head Office, BSD.
