The team is composed of Creative, Social Media, Copywriter, SEO, and Growth Marketing experts. You'll play a crucial role in keeping projects and deliverables on track across multiple teams.

You understand the importance of detailed planning and effectively use organizational tools to ensure everything, from project proposals to client onboarding, runs smoothly. You're adaptable and client-focused. You have a strong ability to understand client needs and ensure that project deliverables are tailored to meet those needs. Your proactive approach to solving problems and implementing client feedback ensures continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

1. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events, taking detailed meeting notes, and following up with clients on outstanding deliverables.
2. Collaborate with Campaign Managers to define client deliverables and develop detailed project plans using a tool called Productive, including timelines, milestones, and budgets.
3. Provide regular updates to the team on project status, track progress against milestones, and ensure all time tracking is accurate.
4. Ensure monthly deliverables are met on time and within budget, consistently aligning with client needs and expectations.
5. Monitor project progress against established milestones and timelines, proactively addressing any deviations to keep projects on track.
6. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success across multiple teams.
7. Implement feedback from clients to improve processes and project outcomes, continuously striving for excellence.
8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform project planning and execution.
9. Ensure all time tracking is up to date, and follow up with team members if time is missing, maintaining accuracy in reporting.

1. Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Marketing Project Manager, preferably in a marketing or digitally-focused environment.
2. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients across various teams.
3. Exceptional organizational skills, with a strong ability to develop and manage detailed project plans across different teams.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to facilitate collaboration across teams and with clients.
5. Ability to think strategically and solve problems proactively, identifying risks and proposing solutions that benefit the entire team.
6. Expertise in using project management tools such as Productive and Gantt charts for tracking progress and managing resources.
7. Keen understanding of marketing principles and the ability to align project deliverables with client expectations.
8. A proactive mindset with a strong focus on client satisfaction and project success across multiple teams.
