A leading luxury jewellery company in Bandung is seeking an experienced Jewellery Representative to promote and sell its prestigious brands to high-end customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, proven experience in luxury retail, and a customer-centric attitude. This position requires shift work and offers a vibrant retail environment.

Skills
Education
We are seeking an experienced Jewellery Representative to join our growing team in Bandung. As a Jewellery Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our prestigious jewellery brands, including Mondial, Frank&co, and The Palace, to high‑end customers across the region.
- Minimum education: Diploma III, or Bachelor's degree from any major
- Proven experience min. 1 years as a sales representative or consultant in fashion, luxury retail industry, automotive, or hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- A passion for the retail luxury industry and a deep understanding of high‑end fashion products
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
- A positive, customer‑centric attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
- Willing to work in shift hours (Mall Operational Hours) and willing to work 6 days a week (Including Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday, 1 day off on weekday)
