Job summary

A leading optical solutions company in Indonesia seeks a Sales Manager to drive revenue and manage customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, over 5 years of experience in sales management, and strong negotiation skills. Qualifications

Responsibilities

Responsibilites of target revenue andstategic partnership with the customer

Maintaining positive business relationships with key customer

Responsible for identifying, developing and managing new and ongoing business opportunities of Lenses.

Responsible for maintenance, monitoring achieving sales team target and growth of the responsibility accounts.

Managing sales team to execute sales and marketing plans to grow existing and new accounts

Develop strategic appropriate Customer andproduct segmentation as commercial and marketing product focus.

Sales revenues and growth of the responsibility accounts in Indonesia.

Coordination and managing account receivable for all responsibilities accounts in his or her team coverage.

Account management staregy and delivery, include pre and post-sales activities, pre call plan, marketing programs, relationship building, negotiation, proposals, reports, presentations.

Work closely with the related stageholder as amarketing and Finance to develop programs that maximizes sales potential and ensure timely execution and implementation of marketing activities and initiatives

Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree Business / Marketing / Diploma Refraksionist Optician
  • Should have prior 5+ years of experience at Salesmanagement or Sales Operations or business development role
  • Has relevant experience in B2B and/or B2C business model
  • Has experience work atthe optical industry is a plus
  • Experienced in project management
  • Good communication skills and negotiation skills
  • Analytical skills, Business Acumen
  • Optometry knowledge is a plus
  • Dynamic, motivated and self-driven also able to work well independently as well as in cross-functional teams
  • Self motivated and Work Independently
  • Can language English and Bahasa.
