A leading optical solutions company in Indonesia seeks a Sales Manager to drive revenue and manage customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, over 5 years of experience in sales management, and strong negotiation skills. Responsibilities include developing new business opportunities, managing sales teams, and executing marketing plans.
Responsibilites of target revenue andstategic partnership with the customer
Maintaining positive business relationships with key customer
Responsible for identifying, developing and managing new and ongoing business opportunities of Lenses.
Responsible for maintenance, monitoring achieving sales team target and growth of the responsibility accounts.
Managing sales team to execute sales and marketing plans to grow existing and new accounts
Develop strategic appropriate Customer andproduct segmentation as commercial and marketing product focus.
Sales revenues and growth of the responsibility accounts in Indonesia.
Coordination and managing account receivable for all responsibilities accounts in his or her team coverage.
Account management staregy and delivery, include pre and post-sales activities, pre call plan, marketing programs, relationship building, negotiation, proposals, reports, presentations.
Work closely with the related stageholder as amarketing and Finance to develop programs that maximizes sales potential and ensure timely execution and implementation of marketing activities and initiatives
