About the role

Join PT Indonesia Weda Bay Industrial Park as an Accounting Specialist. This full-time position based in South Jakarta, Jakarta will see you play a crucial role in the company's finance and accounting operations. Utilising your expertise in financial accounting and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Analyse financial data, identify trends and provide insights to support business decision-making
• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
• Liaise with HR and bank to ensure that payroll submission data to the bank, ensuring that all necessary documentation and information are provided and processed on time.
• Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts and other financial planning activities
• Support the month-end and year-end close processes
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve accounting-related queries
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting policies, procedures and systems

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• 1-5 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Mandarin language
• Willing to work under tenant company
