As a Marketer, you will lead the development and execution of data-driven marketing strategies to elevate brand visibility, drive consumer engagement, and support business growth—particularly in the US market. You will be responsible for crafting innovative, cross-channel campaigns that resonate with our target audiences. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of the US consumer landscape, stays ahead of emerging marketing trends, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibility
  • Influencer Research & Selection (US Market Focus) – Identify and evaluate U.S.-based influencers and content creators who align with our brand values, target audience, and regional marketing objectives.
  • Strategic Campaign Planning – Design and implement influencer marketing strategies tailored for the U.S. market, supporting product launches, seasonal promotions, and broader brand awareness goals.
  • Content Collaboration – Work closely with U.S. influencers to co-create compelling and authentic content, such as sponsored posts, product reviews, tutorials, and lifestyle integrations.
  • Campaign Management – Lead end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns in the U.S., including content briefing, contract management, scheduling, and coordination of deliverables.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization – Track and analyze key performance metrics—such as impressions, engagement rates, link clicks, and conversions—to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future strategy.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 year of experience in Brand Marketing, KOL Management, Influencer Marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and affiliate marketing trends, especially in the U.S. market.
  • Prior experience in promoting beauty brands on social media is a strong advantage.
  • Passionate about the beauty industry; background in beauty or consumer goods is preferred.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor degree from any major, reputable US university will be advantageous
  • Willing to work full-time from our office in Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta.
