This full-time role involves providing administrative support, maintaining social media profiles, and assisting with client inquiries. We're looking for candidates with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities in English, and proficiency in social media. We are seeking a skilled Administration Real Estate &/or Broker to join our growing team in Ubud, Bali.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and front desk.
This is a full-time job from Monday to Friday, and Saturday morning.
- Maintaining and updating our company's social media profiles, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Responding to inquiries and messages from potential clients
- Assisting with the preparation, organisation and other administrative tasks
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in English
- Proficiency in using social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Key skills for these positions are strong communication, customer service, organization, and proficiency with office software.
