1. Monitor Inbound Activity

2. Monitor Outbound Activity
   • Supervise accurate collection process.
   • Ensure correct package sorting.
   • Manage repair processes effectively.
3. Team Building
   • Enforce discipline as needed.
   • Regularly evaluate section performance.
   • Support subordinates' growth through coaching.
4. Data Management
   • Analyze data for insights.
   • Prepare and deliver reports.
5. Operational Efficiency
   • Control operational costs effectively.
6. Accuracy Assurance
   • Ensure accuracy of operational data.
7. Customer Satisfaction
   • Maintain optimal warehouse service.
8. Work Discipline
   • Uphold discipline and responsibility.

1. Bachelor's degree from any field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Warehouse Shift Head in a cold storage warehouse.
3. Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems.
4. Ability to generate weekly and monthly reports.
5. Proficiency in organizing and managing warehouse activities.
6. Experience in handling incoming and outgoing goods, inventory, and return goods.
7. Willing to work in shifts.
8. Willing to be located in Klapanunggal Cileungsi.
