A company in the Fire and Security Systems industry is looking for a highly organised Corporate Secretary & Personal Assistant based in South Tangerang, Banten. Corporate Secretary & Personal Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Corporate Secretary & Personal Assistant to join our team at PT Draco Internasional. This full-time position based in South Tangerang Banten will provide administrative and secretarial support to the executive management team and ensure the smooth running of operations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the CEO and senior leadership team
  • Organise and manage executive-level meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes and following up on action items
  • Arrange travel, including booking flights, accommodation and coordinating itineraries
  • Maintain and update the company\'s statutory records, registers and documentation
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with the coordination of corporate events and functions
  • Provide general office management support as needed
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years\' experience in a similar corporate secretary or executive assistant role, preferably within a professional services or financial services environment
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
