Summary of Responsibilities:

1. Possess a forward-looking mindset, staying up to date about retail merchandise so that store layouts and product offerings are relevant and enticing.
2. Maintain an active presence on major social media platforms to utilize these channels to engage with customers, promote products, and enhance the brand's online visibility.
3. Develop and execute detailed merchandising plans to support the company's objectives and adapt to market demands.
4. Optimize inventory management whilst maintaining high profitability.
5. Implement tactics to boost sales performance, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative marketing campaigns.
6. Provide guidance and mentorship, cultivating a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury retail or hospitality industry.
3. Creative designer of engaging retail displays with a strong focus on enhancing customer shopping experiences.
4. Strong leadership and communication skills.
5. Experience in managing social media platforms for business purposes.
6. Proficient in Retail Management software and Microsoft Office.
7. Flexible and able to adapt to changing retail trends and market conditions, proactively addressing challenges to maintain store excellence.
8. Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken form. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
9. Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail, or another relevant field.
