About the job Product Manager - Healthcare

We are seeking a driven and strategic Product Manager with a strong sales background to take ownership of a key healthcare portfolio in Indonesia. This role requires a blend of commercial acumen, product management expertise, and the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare providers and partners. As Product Manager, you will develop and execute product strategies, drive sales performance, and ensure effective positioning of the portfolio in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement product strategies and annual marketing plans for assigned healthcare products.
  • Drive commercial performance, working closely with sales teams, distributors, and healthcare institutions.
  • Conduct product knowledge training and provide sales support to internal teams and healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Support new product launches and ensure effective market entry strategies.
  • Partner with supply chain, regulatory, and finance teams to ensure smooth product availability and compliance.
Qualifications
