About the role

Join our dynamic team at PT Lock & Lock Indonesia as a Digital Marketing specialist and be part of the Online (E-Commerce) Division. You will be responsible for shaping our digital marketing strategy and driving online engagement with our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in digital and search marketing to help our company reach new heights.

Job Description:

Plan and execute impactful digital marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and CPAS.

Manage performance dashboards, continuously optimizing campaigns to maximize ROAS and minimize CPA.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver compelling ad copies, banners, and video creative.

Monitor and analyze conversion funnels, recommending improvements through landing page optimization, targeting, and A/B testing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.

Proven with a minimum 2–3 years of experience in digital advertising, ideally within the e-commerce industry.

Proficient with Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other tracking tools.

Strong analytical mindset with solid skills in Excel/Google Sheets.

Creative and solution-oriented, with a willingness to experiment, test, and iterate for continuous improvement.
