A prominent E-Commerce Company in Jakarta is seeking a Wholesales Sales Manager to expand and maintain wholesale channels, manage pricing strategies, and lead the sales team. Ideal candidates should have at least 8 years of experience in the die-cast model car or toy industry, along with strong sales and negotiation skills. Proficiency in English and Indonesian is required, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.

  • Responsible for expanding and maintaining wholesale channels, building long-term partnerships, and adapting strategies to boost product coverage, market share, and brand visibility.
  • Develop, manage quarterly and annual sales targets for wholesale channels, monitor performance, and lead the sales team to achieve goals through analysis, training, and support
  • Manage pricing strategies and profitability analysis to optimize revenue, align with market trends, and negotiate favorable terms with key wholesale partners.
  • Coordinate with supply chain teams to optimize product distribution, manage inventory levels, and improve turnover efficiency.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to provide actionable insights and support strategic decisions for growth in the wholesale sector.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of sales or channel management experience in the die-cast model car or toy industry, with a strong background in wholesale and either principal or distributor companies.
  • Expert in wholesale sales strategies, channel management, and negotiations, with strong data analysis, financial management, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Proficient in English and Indonesian for business communication; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus
