Job summary

Qualifications

  • Willing to work in shifts, 6 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against records.

  • Maintain organized storage following SOP and FIFO/FEFO principles.

Job description
Overview

Receive goods from suppliers, inspect quantity and quality, and sign receipt after verification. Safely unload goods using equipment (such as hand pallets, forklifts, or stackers) if needed, and place them in the receiving area for inspection. Ensure item accuracy, report any issues, label products, and conduct stock checks. Arrange items on shelves or storage locations according to placement SOP, ensuring neat organization and compliance with the FIFO/FEFO system. Enter incoming goods data into the warehouse system (SAP) or manual reports, and complete the goods receipt form or daily loading/unloading log. Coordinate with warehouse staff on goods status, report unloading issues (e.g. damage, excess/shortage), and assist with outbound loading if needed. Wear protective gear, follow safety procedures, and maintain a safe workspace.

  • Adhere to safety procedures and wear required protective gear.
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in logistics or warehouse operations is preferred.
  • Willing to work in the field; basic mathematics understanding.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; SAP experience is a plus.
  • Disciplined, reliable, proactive, and able to work well in a team.
  • Familiar with 5R principles, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards.
  • Working hours: 6 days per week, Monday to Saturday, 2 shifts (6:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00).
  • Location: Cakung, East Jakarta.
